Who operates AI UGC

Information used by the app

No email account or social login is required. A random account identifier and a secure device credential connect you to your private library and credits. A recovery code can restore that account; the server stores a hash of the code.

When you request cloud processing, we process the product images, custom character images and descriptions, scripts, product details, language and creative choices you provide, and store the resulting media and job history. Script writing, translation and shortening send the supplied product facts and text to our cloud text-processing service. When you request subtitles, the generated narration is transcribed with timestamps and optionally translated into your selected subtitle language. The app embeds the resulting subtitles in saved and shared videos on your device. Content may contain personal information if you include it. Only upload material you have permission to use.

We process Apple transaction identifiers, product and entitlement information to validate purchases, allocate credits and handle refunds. Apple handles payment card details; AI UGC does not receive them. If you enable notifications, we store your notification device token and chosen language.

Service requests also include technical information such as IP addresses and request timestamps used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Application error logs are designed to exclude image contents, scripts, credentials and recovery codes.

Cloud processing and recipients

With your permission, the content required for a generation is sent to the cloud services that perform it. Our current infrastructure and AI processing services include Cloudflare, Hedra and fal.ai. Apple provides purchases and push notifications. Generated speech or images may be processed by models supplied through those services.

These services may process information outside your country. Their own service retention and security terms also apply; deleting media from your AI UGC library does not automatically delete every copy held by a processing provider. The current AI UGC app does not include advertising tracking.

Storage and deletion

Your library is private to your account. Uploaded and generated files are stored in private cloud storage and on your device when downloaded. Keep a personal copy of important exports; the app is not an archival backup service.

Deleting a project removes it from Library and schedules its files for removal when no other saved project needs them. Delete Account in Settings revokes the account's access credentials, clears recovery and notification registrations, redacts project inputs and instructions, and schedules private media removal. An active or unresolved generation must finish or be reviewed before account deletion can proceed. File removal is queued and retried by the service. Limited transaction, credit and deletion records are retained to process refunds, prevent duplicate credit grants and keep deleted accounts from being reactivated. Deletion from AI UGC does not erase copies you exported or third-party records subject to their retention obligations.

Your choices

You can decline cloud processing, disable notifications in iOS Settings, delete your content, and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. The recovery code is necessary to demonstrate control of an anonymous account through the app; never email it to us. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights and the right to contact your data protection authority.

Children and policy changes

AI UGC is designed for adult creators and businesses and is not directed at children. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. Material changes to this policy will be reflected here with a new effective date and, where needed, an in-app notice.
