Your video library

Completed videos appear in Library. When completion notifications are available, you can enable them in Settings. You can return to the app to check progress at any time.

Download important videos to Photos or Files. Keep your recovery code somewhere safe before changing devices or removing the app.

Subscriptions and credits

Weekly and monthly subscriptions include a recurring credit allowance. Annual subscriptions are billed yearly and release credits each month. Unused subscription allowances expire at the end of their allowance period. Purchased top-up credits do not expire.

Lifetime Studio is a one-time purchase with 1,500 credits and permanent access to the supported Studio editing tools. It does not include unlimited video generation. Additional credit packs can be purchased with an active subscription or Lifetime Studio; they do not add a Studio editing entitlement. The number of videos depends on your selected video type, duration, and extras. Your credit total is shown before each generation.

Video generation uses fixed credit prices for each video type and its 15, 30 or 60 second duration. Editing an allowed script does not change that price. Optional subtitles add 1 credit in the spoken language, or 2 credits including translation into another supported language. The full breakdown is shown before generation. Your quote lasts 15 minutes, and the confirmed amount is locked when generation starts. No extra credits are charged after a job starts. Existing studios keep their assigned credit tariff; future tariff changes do not silently reduce the buying power of purchased credits.

Prices and renewal terms are displayed before Apple confirms your purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting AI UGC does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use Restore Purchases to restore eligible entitlements; your recovery code restores access to your private library and credit account. A refunded purchase removes its associated credits or entitlement. If those credits were already used, the amount may be deducted from existing or future credits.

Characters

Selecting a ready character, uploading a character image and reusing a saved character have no additional character fee. Creating a new character image costs 12 credits, confirmed in a separate 15-minute quote before processing. Every new generation requires its own confirmation. Video generation is priced separately. Uploaded character portraits are saved on your device and uploaded when used in a video. Generated portraits are saved to your private studio. Removing a character from the library preserves references needed by existing projects. Credit activity shows reservations, completed charges and refunds.

Something went wrong

A failed generation releases its reserved credits once, subject to the original credits' expiry. If the provider result cannot be confirmed after our bounded checks, the job is marked failed and its reservation is released. We do not repeat uncertain paid requests automatically. Contact us with the approximate time and a description of the issue; do not send account credentials or recovery codes.
